《毁灭战士3》由id Software开发，于2004年由Activision发行，是一款集恐怖与科幻于一身的第一人称射击游戏。游戏故事除了英文名称外，并未有完全跟随《毁灭战士》的发展，并采用了全新的图像和游戏机制。
